What is Ripe’s Emergency Response Feature?
Ripe’s Emergency Response feature offers existing clients a tool to streamline and coordinate hotel accommodations for constituents during emergencies. This feature draws on and builds upon clients’ existing hotel connections to create a pre-determined list of hotels and room types to use as emergency accommodations. Should a crisis arise, clients can use their designated emergency response booking engine to quickly place individuals at scale without the need for payment information. This feature allows for extensive customization, such as room types available, length of stay allowed, up to 28 days, and limits to nightly rates to choose from.
